RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return for any reason, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Returns without video/image proof or prior approval will not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at contact@vibryk.com with your order number and issue details. Once your return is approved, we’ll share the shipping address and next steps.
Items sent back without request and approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping your goods may take longer than expected if your country of residence is not India.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

To evaluate your issue:

  • Provide an unboxing video

  • Include clear images of the defect and packaging

We’ll verify and offer a reprint or replacement at no cost if your claim is valid.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Items that are worn, washed, or missing original tags.

European Union 3-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only applicable in the case of:

  • Orders lost in transit (once confirmed by courier)

  • Items approved as defective or damaged, but cannot be replaced

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • For color variations, minor differences may occur due to DTG printing technology.

  • Please handle packages carefully when unboxing. Damage caused while opening is not eligible for return unless proof is provided.

  • If the outer packaging appears damaged during delivery, please mention it in the courier receipt remarks.
