Welcome to Vibryk! We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and select international locations. If we do not deliver to your location, you will be notified at checkout.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Customized or pre-order items may take longer to process, and timelines will be mentioned on the product page.

3. Shipping Time & Rates

Domestic (India):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders above ₹999)
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (Additional charges apply)

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (Cost calculated at checkout)
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (Additional charges apply)
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
  • You can track your order using the link provided or by logging into your Vibryk account.

5. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier issues may impact delivery time.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at contact@vibryk.com.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Vibryk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team.

7. Order Modifications & Address Changes

  • If you need to modify your order or change the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed, changes cannot be made.

8. Return to Sender / Undelivered Orders

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status, customers may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
